Before we publish, we ask:
- Has the complaint been filed?
- Does the public statement match the filed complaint or a source record?
- Does it expose private medical, resident, payment, address, vehicle, family, or nonparty information?
- Does it quote settlement negotiations or attach settlement demands?
- Does it reveal work product, legal strategy, AI chat logs, draft pleadings, or attorney communications?
- Does it risk witness intimidation, harassment optics, or tainting future testimony?
- Would we be comfortable reading it aloud to a judge?
If the answer to #7 is no, we rewrite it.
