Reach the records desk.
Whether you are sharing a source lead, sending primary records, requesting a correction, or asking a general question, choosing the right channel helps us respond clearly. Nothing publishes without review, redaction, and consent checks.

Before we publish, we ask:
- Has the record, request, response, or source note been formally filed or verified?
- Does the public statement match the filed complaint or a source record?
- Does it expose private medical, resident, neighbor, payment, address, vehicle, family, or nonparty information?
- Does it quote private communications that belong outside a public records article?
- Does it reveal private work product, legal strategy, or unreleased reviewer notes?
- Does it keep unanswered questions separate from public conclusions?
- Would a reader be able to inspect the record behind the claim?
If the answer to the final question is no, the material goes back to review.
