Wynn Eaton, Esq. (Wynn Eaton & Associates / Wynaton.com) and Norma Eaton presented a concept for accessible, affordable senior housing at 2215 NW Violet Avenue. Tying this concept to House Bill 4082 (effective June 5, 2026) offers an innovative pathway to annexation and senior residential development, which directly impacts Objective 3c (Housing Implementation Plan).
